Dr Ndeke is a good doctor, however her reception staff are awful. Always rude and act annoyed, as though your call or presence is a huge inconvenience
They kept hanging up the phone when i was asking if they where accepting any new patients
I really appreciate Dr. Ndeke, she's very sweet! She takes very good care of her patients! You should call 3 weeks ahead if you wanna see her! She's a busy doctor, which means she's a very good doctor!
Practitioners at this clinic are wonderful!! However, reception is extremely inattentive...Showed up 10 minutes early for appt. left unattended in waiting room 40 minutes, had to ask if Dr. is still in (meanwhile he was under the impresssion he was done for the day)....makes it very difficult to conduct a Dr./Patient relationship.
