I contacted Canadian PoolScapes for a backyard pool install. They did a phone consult and then sent someone to see the property and take measurements. I was told I'd have a quote in two days and it's been a month. I sent the individual a text reminding them but no response. From past experience, I've learned never to work with people who do not respond or follow though. Communication is so important when choosing a contractor. Unfortunately, this experience did not give me the confidence to proceed with this company.

Jad and his team were very helpful. I switched from another pool maintenance company and much prefer and recommend Canadian PoolScapes. They're professional, show up on time, easy to communicate with, and prices are reasonable. We had no complaints about the pool maintenance, and the team was proactive in ensuring the pool was clean and useable at all times with weekly maintenance.
