This review is not for work performed, but for the quotation process. Quick to arrange a visit at my place end of Aug, and after seeing my pool and discussing the work, told me I would get a quote soon. End of October, both the individual and the office don't respond to my emails, no quote received. Update: same day I was sent the quote along with apology and reason (email system issue).
I was desperate for help installing a Renolit liner in Quebec and had no where to go. My Quebec supplier who sold me the pool, and liner couldn’t commit a date to install it, they were already 1-2 months late. I googled and took a gamble on hiring an Ontario company; Canadian PoolScapes. Jad answered, was always responsive, committed a date and came through. In an undisciplined, uncommitted industry, Canadian PoolScapes came through.
Canadian Poolscape Had and his crew did an excellent job replacing my pool liner and installing the safety cover. They are the most reasonably priced outfit I could find, and their follow up after installation is great. I found a small pebble under the liner they installed, and they came and opened the liner to remove it at the end of the season. One of the spikes for the safety cover was loosening and Had came with his crew to remove it and install a new spike. Overall, I'm happy with Canadian Poolscapes.
