This company is supposed to "maintain" our pool and hot tub at the condo where I live. For the past few weeks, they have done a terrible job. On one occasion, the heater for the pool wasn't working. The water was very cold and unpleasant. A couple of weeks after that, I saw that the water was very murky and dirty. It was really embarrassing because I had a couple of my friends over, and they were disappointed. It's very disappointing knowing that my condo fees are going towards a very poor service.
As a resident of a condo in Scarborough, I am disappointed in poor quality services you provide to the community. For weeks the pool has had consistent issues with the hot tub closing, water quality issues for the pool, and temperature issues that should have been addressed more quickly. Today I went swimming again and pool was hazy as expected and hot tub is closed. What's going on?

I live in a condo and they are suppose to be here for 1 hour, which they are not, and sometimes come in the dark, how can a pool be properly cleaned in the dark, the walls are always dirty, doesn't look like they vacuum all the time, very disappointed with them, especially when this is a new contract
