We were having the installations of water heater in our basement today and the contractor found out that the main water line could not be shut down as the valve was faulty and that needed a plumber to come and replace the valve.. Called Canadian Plumbing Solutions and the call was answered by Sergey who understood the issue and said that he will get his brother Aley to comeover to fix the issue.
