Friendly, helpful staff, but after waiting an hour and half, I left. If I schedule an appointment, I should be able to donate within an acceptable time frame. 90 minutes is not acceptable, sorry. Why have me commit to an appointed time at all?
All staff efficient and friendly. Provide lots of information and answers questions with a cheerful Manner.
