Great place to donate plasma. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the whole procedure was easy and comfortable. Everything was well organized and explained clearly. I had a very good experience and will definitely come back again.
Appointment at 5:45 signed in around 5:50 but didnt get called so i just left i saw people that walked in after me gets called

I had a really great experience at Grifols. The staff are genuinely kind and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They explain everything clearly, so you always know what’s happening and what to expect. The donation process itself was smooth and basically painless, which made the whole experience much easier than I expected. They also check in with you throughout to make sure you’re doing okay.
