Clean place, often takes an hour total to get in and donate.
Staff are friendly, wait times are okay depending on day and time of the week, process is pretty painless, all in all good experience.
If you are deferred from donating, they absolutely waste your time forcing you to “see a nurse” who does NOTHING except force you to sign an agreement that you are happy to not get paid or donate that day “because of protocol”. Completely wasted time, this is a terrible system. Have the first person who is actually taking the vitals, hermatocrit and protein be the one who defers you and LET YOU LEAVE or make an option for the nurse to let you donate based on your history and a fuller picture of your health.
