First class service. Caring and competent staff that performed their work professionally with kindness and awareness. Started the procedure right on time. Highly recommend this clinic!
The clinic is very professional however you do get a very assembly line feeling as you go in and out. Everything is done quickly and everyone is asking the same questions you were already asked by the questionnaire you filled out and the previous person you talked to. The nurse putting my iv line in seemed to forget a feeling person was under the needle. She was trying to work so fast I had to stop her to remind her not to be so rough. I recently underwent an endoscopy, and the entire experience was much smoother and easier than I anticipated. The medical staff was incredibly professional. They took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, which really helped calm my nerves. The process felt like it took only a few minutes, and I woke up without any discomfort. I had a very mild sore throat for a few hours afterward, but it resolved quickly.Highly recommend this facility and team for their excellent care and professionalism.
