Absolutely the worst service I have had in a long time. The woman was too busy on the phone while taking our orders . We ordered a 14 inch Deluxe pizza and a 12 inch Donair pizza without onion instead we got a 12 inch deluxe pizza without onion and a 14 inch Donair pizza . She got upset when we called out her mistake and she blamed our African accent that it was too hard to understand . Projecting and lack of accountability . Very poor experience.Such a disappointment for a woman at that age.

This franchise originally started in Lloydminster, Alberta, not too long ago and has faced numerous complaints from customers, including issues related to food poisoning and stomach problems possibly due to poor food handling practices, especially with chicken. There have even been concerning reports online about hygiene issues involving the owners. It seems they’re now trying to open in other cities (calgary)likely due to the backlash in Lloydminster. I never expected to write a review but the way this situation has been treated left me no choice! We ordered on uber eats the BOGO deal for the 12 piece chicken 2 times, totalling 48pieces.
