Great job! They were informative and helpful. There was a couple of small details that needed to be fixed and they sent out the team the very next working day and fixed everything. I was very impressed and pleased with everything to date. Also the heat pump they installed is extremely quiet.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Canadian Pacific Heating and Cooling HVAC company. On January 22, 2026, I called them out because my outdoor heat pump unit was freezing and the defrost wasn’t working. Sam came, did some troubleshooting including contacting the supplier/manufacturer and told me a part needed to be ordered. He said it would take 3–4 weeks to arrive, require programming and cost about $800 in labor for a full day repair.
