They are awful. Door opens but won’t let us out.

I found 1 in stock here in town and within 3 hours of purchasing was installed perfectly. Tech was super friendly. Hands down recommend these guys all day long!!!
We ordered a new door and had it installed as well and the service was fabulous! I have dealt with a lot of contractors and businesses in this city that were less than ideal, but this interaction was great. They showed up when they said they would, quick and efficient and excellent communication. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them.
