This company has an unpleasant hiring practices especially with Ayesha Fahim who is a terrible Director of Finance. First of all, she doesn’t want her own camera to be turned on but expect candidates’ camera to be on during the hiring process. How is this even fair to candidates? So you would like to see your candidates but not the other way around? Then she makes up excuses that her camera is not working. She asked if I have education in Canada? Doesn’t she look up the resume of candidates even before asking such questions?... read more
