I have not gone to this place in over a decade, but upon reading the reviews where they respond to concerns by calling the client a liar after they describe their experience.... why would I walk into that trap. You are all bad at cultivating trust.
A month after contacting them, they Fwd my Email to a Non friendly and never even bothered to reach out themselves. It's one thing to ignore someone in need, making it worse another completely. So out of touch and dangerous.
