At the clinic at 540 Huron, the amount of support is outstanding. The general CHMA case workers could do with a more personal interaction with their clients. Only coming for a housing checks and not connecting with clients. Perhaps there is a shortage of case workers and funding for both. I do think more funding is needed for both. The fluctuations of case managers is also difficult, you just to know one then you are given another different case worker. Funding is needed !
