Some of the staff at the RAAM clinic are nice, but they dont respect boundaries. Your private info will be passed through the whole clinic because they have about 12 different people asking you the same questions and repeatedly calling (without warning) from unknown numbers because of an appointment they scheduled without your knowledge. And if your uncomfortable around men, definitely avoid this place at all costs. I really want to give a special shout-out and big thank you to Andrew Klausen at the Orangeville CMHA location. I was in a really bad headspace when I found CMHA, earlier this year - with the help of my loving and amazing mother. I had tried therapy before but never fully connected with the other professionals, and was very much at my wits ends. Andrew was unlike anyone I ever spoke to before.
