The staff is completely rude, discriminatory and entitled. I shared a problem of mine with one of their in-person groups and all the participants laughed at me and the staff took no disciplinary action to tell them to stop. I felt embarrassed and insulted. All the staff cares about are their paycheques and themselves. Not worth anyone’s time. Avoid.
need to be culturally sensitive. its staff is predominantly white while brampton is 50 percent southasian. as a south asian i felt unwelcome here. i dont think they serve the larger south asian population who will be hesistant to use their services
These people are gonna get sued the way that they deal with people. I was rejected for something that they made me jump through hoops just to fill out the application and they rejected me based off of made up qualifications that were not listed on the website according to what is listed on their website I am eligible for what I applied for. I requested to speak to a manager and my email was ignored. I’m going to seek legal advice. These people have to stop playing with people’s lives.
