Operating without any empathy. Such places cause more harm than help people
I went for a simple interview for services that I needed. Was met with condescending questions, disrespect, and dismissal. If you need genuine support this is not the organization for you, please seek actual professional assistance elsewhere, spare yourself the terrible experience.

This review is mainly for the Primary Health Care clinic that CMHA runs. Do not use this service, try any other walk-in clinic you have access to instead. This clinic has lied to me about referrals and applications that they insisted that they would help with. This delayed treatments and benefits that I needed by months. Voicemails and emails are not answered for 2-3 weeks and this includes prescriptions not being refilled. Your pharmacy will not be able to reach the clinic.
