Mental health doesn't happen conveniently between the hours of 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. At least have someone on the phones to help those in crisis and assist families in knowing what to do. Sincerely, family member of someone in crisis who has been turned away from hospitals and literally has zero options. Thanks for nothing.
