Fantastic staff and reception you are immediately recognized. Help and groups are done with compassion.
Secretarys tone was very rude and unhelpful. They are suppose yo be helpful instead of using an aggressive tone towards people
Better off to go directly to the mental health building directly next to the hospital if you actually want any care. CMHA threw a cheque at me every month to help me pay for my rent which is amazing but left me out in the cold when it came to actual therapy or counseling (the actual reason I was there). Nothing has been resolved and I'm still in the same position I've been my entire adult life. I'm exhausted trying to figure out a system designed to be confusing solely so they can refuse to help the people who really need it... read more
100% useless, I am better off without the "help" of CMHA. Unprofessional and do not care one bit, just a paycheck for those "workers"
