CMHA is a great organization for free support, connection and counseling. However, I do find some of the stuff they do very unprofessional and unorganized. Like one time my case management worker just straight up stopped working there out of nowhere, so they put with someone else even though I was trying to build a connection with the original case manager. Also, one time, my case management worker prioritized another client over me and ended our session early. But then another time she made an appointment with me, forgot ab... read more
Contacted them in full crisis... no where else to turn. They sent me an envelope full of useless pamphlets that I tossed in the blue box. Horrible. We need a centralized location that can offer treatment and support for people in crisis. The few good reviews are probably from CMHA employees

For a mental health association, you provide very little help to those in need. Especially here in the north. Disappointed.
