We visited the South Calgary store looking to replace our existing king mattress. Laura took the time to understand our needs and provided us with several very good choices. Thanks to Laura's extensive product knowledge and thoughtful approach we purchased a Marshall mattress and couldn't be more happy. Highly recommend for anyone shopping for a new mattress! Went to store to look at some platform frames. Laura was extremely helpful, had good patience and provided excellent customer service. She was able to help with what options were available that would meet my needs. I made a decision to buy later and contacted Steven and ordered online to set delivery dates and removal of old items.
