The MRI techs I had were amazing. Thank-you so much for making the experience such a positive one.
Stay away, especially if you’re paying out of your own pocket! I booked an appt over the phone, specifically asking for Sunday. When I get there the receptionist told me my appt was actually for Saturday. I thought maybe I didn’t pay attention, so rescheduled but without the receptionist bothering to send me an email notification. Now after 4 days I am looking at the email they sent me for the first appt and guess what? I never write reviews, but had to drop a note about how kind and accommodating the staff here were. They called me in super quickly after my doctor had requested the appointment, and the receptionist was really sweet and patient, answering all my annoying questions. It was my first ever MRI (and injury), so I was a little nervous, and the technicians went above and beyond to make me feel comforted and safe. Thanks so much to the whole team here! Gave me back some faith in the system.
It's a very quiet and clean place, and the medical staff are kind and meticulous. The MRI sign isn't very visible from the outside. No one opens the door before 7 a.m. It's located at the corner of the alley, and you'll first see a pharmacy at the entrance.
I was very happy with the MRI session at the Grenville MRI Clinic (Saint Paul’s Hospital radiology department). Technologists Tayah and Sandra P. are professionals in their field. Everything was done at a high level, with care and attention. I would also like to note that the clinic is very clean, which is important.
