Lazy and useless “locators”.. blame a construction site for having gravel and dirt on site so unable to locate?? Some how the City of Calgary contracts this job to these amateurs? Truck was parked on the street longer than his “attempt” to locate

Don’t take no for an answer!!! Just letting himself in the backyard and left gate open… got an 85 year old in the house that lets dogs out , could of gone wrong for all kinds of reasons…
