I’ve been calling for four days and leaving countless messages for someone to call me back in regards to a question on my STD application form. It’s a very simple question. I begged people to call me back. I’ve called multiple offices and even different departments within this insurance company to have somebody call me back. This is totally unacceptable and based on the countless one star reviews, I find this company to be very unprofessional unresponsive and detached.. you will regret going with this company.

HORRIBLE insurance company. My Case manager for LTD decided it was ok to just deny the extension of my LTD conveniently just before her vacation started. I found their tone rude and unsympathetic towards what I was going through at the time.
