uselessly slow and incompetent
PSHCP debacle needs no further explanation. Since there is no other way of contacting CanadaLife, I'm trying their various offices and representatives. A negative review reflects inability to help.
Extremely neligent toward customers. For pshcp members, they do not answer the phone (their phone line cuts you off with a message saying their call volumes are too high) and they do not respond to email. There is simply no way to contact them to correct issues about my drug coverage. I am a member who has coverage with Canada Life but I have been paying out of pocket for 3 weeks and my family is going broke and can no longer continue paying out of pocket for medication; we are in serious trouble.
