I had a very frustrating experience with Pooja Kochhar (spearhead immigration and visa solutions consultant). I applied my father in law visitor visa with her. The invitation letter contained several mistakes, which i had to point out and were only corrected after my intervention. This lack of attention to detail contributed to visa rejection.
