Currently not answering phone calls or Emails for any reason. As a bussiness owner I have been trying to make contact for months to sort out details and outstanding issues with the rebate program. Thier automated message prompts you to leave a message, however it dosnt give you option to leave one. Criteria for thier program has changed without notice and after documents were submitted, and wont give small bussiness owners the opportunity to rectify the issues. Poor service, and overall another red tape organization.
I have been dealing with this organization for a number of years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They have been extremely helpful with challenges I have had, generous with their time and wonderful in the opportunities they have provided. I look forward to the upcoming year.
