I feel completely taken advantage of by Canadian Health Advocates Inc. I paid $900 for a package that was supposed to provide real advocacy and not a single goal was delivered. Before paying, I asked detailed questions over phone and email to make sure the services could meet my needs. Very poor communication. Horrible time management of my investment. Did not advocate for me at all. In my honest opinion, this service is very disorganized and not worth it.

I can't say enough about how professional and compassionate Canadian Health Advocates are. The medical system is hard enough to navigate at the best of times and when you're going through a health crisis, wise and knowledgeable support and guidance makes all the difference.

In a perfect world, we shouldn't really need an advocate when dealing with care for our aging parents. We don't live in a perfect world. The advice we received from Canadian Health Advocates Inc and the explanations of what to expect and what we can do throughout his care helped us to focus on what was best for Dad. Having Paige on our team was invaluable. I would not hesitate to recommend CHAI to anyone needing help navigating care for loved ones.
