Do not trust these people. In the office I felt very comfortable about the transaction with Mutaz but when it came to installation they completely dropped the ball and that's when all the BS started. First the installer completed the installation as scheduled however when I reviewed the work I found lots of deficiencies as seen in the attached photos. 1) Caulking done partially between the floor and the base board 2) Excessive baseboard damage in multiple locations 3) They used my toilet that was not even fully installed. It was a pleasure to have Mutaz and Oday help out with my flooring. They are very professional and made it easy for me to choose the right color of flooring. They highlighted the good and the bad, also very helpful with hardwood samples. Yes I would definitely recommend Canadian Flooring for all your flooring needs Juan V
If it was for the shop only I would give them a different review for sure. O’day was very helpful and nice throughout the process of choosing a product. Same with Mutaz. However, my biggest issue and complaint is about their installer Ethan!!! Since the day they started my job, Ethan wasn’t there for the most part. His labors who didn’t speak a word of English were there but not him.
