Flooring stores are a dime a dozen, but this place was exceptional! The service was efficient, kind, caring, and so helpful. I will definitely make a return visit regarding another room in my house that needs renovating and they are definitely my first choice. Absolutely the most unprofessional and unreliable company I have ever dealt with. I booked an appointment with them, confirming it five times over the course of several days. Despite these confirmations, no one showed up, and when I called the reception, they refused to provide the contact information for the person supposed to attend the meeting.
