The quality of the wood itself is good, but the installation experience was absolutely terrible. The installation crew, led by Ethan, caused numerous issues from start to finish. Before the installation, Ethan inspected the space and assured us there would be no problems. We specifically pointed out concerns around our built-ins, and doorways and he told us those areas would not be an issue.
