I came in Because I have a faulty battery (in my vehicle) that’s well within warranty, wasn’t really sure what the process is to Warranty the battery… I was met with the most condescending rude person at the front desk, that spoke down to me and my friend. Horrible service. Wouldn’t warranty a battery that was less than one year old. Never buy a battery at this place
I just wanted to quickly write about the amazing service I received from Canadian Energy. I have a 48v lithium battery for my golf cart, and it discharged enough to drop below the low voltage cutoff point, meaning no smart charger will recognize the battery as it read 0 volts. After trying several other places, Roy with Canadian Energy offered to help jump the battery enough so that my charger recognized it. Not only did it work perfectly, but he refused to take payment!
