I just wanted to quickly write about the amazing service I received from Canadian Energy. I have a 48v lithium battery for my golf cart, and it discharged enough to drop below the low voltage cutoff point, meaning no smart charger will recognize the battery as it read 0 volts. After trying several other places, Roy with Canadian Energy offered to help jump the battery enough so that my charger recognized it. Not only did it work perfectly, but he refused to take payment! I recently had my battery fail wich I didn't find out about until I took it to Harry's they told me the battery failed and could have cause my alternator to fail too .... my battery was under warranty so I called Canadian energy they told me to just bring it I'm, I get to Canadian energy and some inbred loser named Dawson is working the desk tells me they won't give me warranty and that the battery needs to be charged for 24 hours before they will do anything for me fast forward 2 days latter they call me and tell.me the bat... read more
