A friend order parts for my truck 2 months ago and still waiting for them. It's cost me $1500 in revenue so far.
Pricing is good, shipping was fine. Their website is difficult to navigate and usually produces too many results, best to know the exact product you want if shopping.
Ordered a track bar ball joint. I had opened the bag but ended up going with a different options so never installed the ball joint. I returned the ball joint to get a refund. I was emailed back saying 1 of the 2 ball joints were used and therefore can’t get a refund. I only had bought a singular ball joint in the first place. So I thought it was a different order. Pricing is good, shipping was fine - but these folks need to do more research into what they are selling because there is definitely a healthy amount poor quality Chinese made products on their shelves that will leave you stranded if youre not careful. Customer service isn't great, and they do not stand behind their product. Purchase with caution.
