Ordered a track bar ball joint. I had opened the bag but ended up going with a different options so never installed the ball joint. I returned the ball joint to get a refund. I was emailed back saying 1 of the 2 ball joints were used and therefore can’t get a refund. I only had bought a singular ball joint in the first place. So I thought it was a different order. Pricing is good, shipping was fine - but these folks need to do more research into what they are selling because there is definitely a healthy amount poor quality Chinese made products on their shelves that will leave you stranded if youre not careful. Customer service isn't great, and they do not stand behind their product. Purchase with caution.
They took my order and billed my visa for products totally well in excess of their free shipping policy amount. Received only part of my order and emailed inquiry to where missing items were and I got the response that they no needed an additional $100 dollars to ship the back ordered products to me. Absolutely dishonest and not acceptable. Buy from Canadian sellers we are told over and over. Shameful.
