When we asked them about our cord blood sample and what its status was they immediately replied back and offered to give a tour of the facility. We took the tour and everything looked great.
They won’t confirm whether my child’s cord blood is still intact after they were inspected. When I call or email they don’t respond. Something doesn’t seem right.
We have been struggling to get a clear response back from the CCBR on the status of the cord blood that we have stored with them, following Health Canada's advisory that was published in Nov 2023. We keep getting a generic response back that fails to answer our simple questions on whether or not our deposit has been contaminated, and what tests and protocols have been implemented to confirm the integrity of our deposit. The refund process is taking forever. One month has been passed and they did not refund our money back. It looks like they want to steal our money. What a scam company. Should avoid at all costs.
