Kayne was extremely helpful in finding the root of our problems after we found mold in various rooms of our house. He was informative and professional and even helped us by taking photos and videos along the way. Kayne was able to fix the problems in a timely manner and we are confident that he has resolved all the issues we experienced.
Unable to open our pantry doors all the way (building shifted??), I called Canadian Contractor Services as I've seen the van in the neighborhood. Our past experience with small household repairs, I knew it could be challenging to find someone reputable for such a small job. I had some leaking in my garage ceiling. The first person I had to come and look poked their head in the attic for 5 minutes and followed up with a monstrous quote. I had Kayne drop by. He spent almost two hours actually in the attic, on the roof, in the home getting as much info as he could. He’s extremely knowledgeable and personable, and I have no doubt his level of workmanship and care is top notch. I highly recommend CCS.
