They forgot to order my son's medicine prescription and no one informed me about it. My son was in terrible pain for 2 days due to this pharmacy issue
Prescription faxed and called yesterday. No return call even so it was promised. Called today person answering the call tells that she has no idea what is the status of filling up prescription. Unacceptable service.
Ive had so many issues with customer service here on basics it's nearly astonishing. They do have unique things you can't find elsewhere - prescription and non prescription but it's a teaching clinic. The several times I've been here they are slow to understand the situation, slow to act and not customer oriented whatsoever. There are a few pharmacies in this neighbourhood, but this one is my favourite, primarily because of the pharmacists. I’ve visited twice for minor ailments, and each time they’ve been kind, empathetic, and genuinely focused on providing me with the best medical care.
This was my first time ordering from this pharmacy because I had to go to the hospital and the doctor at the ER prescribed me a medication where I had to go to get it filled from a compound pharmacy. The customer service is amazing very supportive very helpful. The medication arrived, perfectly sealed very well taken care of and the delivery. I had it delivered to me, and I love that option that you could have it delivered. My delivery arrived early, which was also another great experience.
