Well, it's been 9 months since the installation - the windows are of good quality, though the installation sucks. The installers were only in doing a quick installation, not a quality installation. It was a poor installation. They came back to repair a few things, and it was still not done right. We called and said they would come back and repair again. This time, they were told that the original installers would not be allowed on the property, so they sent another installers who repaired the damage as much as they could. I ... read more
