We had to windows installed and what a pleasure to work with! From measuring to ordering and install, they were friendly and professional. Works clean and caring. Kim in the office is very personable. I would highly recommend 👌
I had windows and a door installed. I am pleased with the product. The installation team lead was Dmytro Lysak. With two co-workers, Andrew and Andrew. All were quick, efficient, pleasant, with good attention to detail. They accommodated my requests, and answered my questions fully. They certainly seemed to know what they were doing. I was impressed. Working with Carry to and Kim in the office was a pleasure.
March 2026 update The overall experience was impacted by initial errors, long timelines, and lack of clear communication. The windows are wonderful and both installation teams were great. Excellent workmanship their care and cleanliness was appreciated. In the end we did get there and we appreciate everyone’s hard work to finally have a good end result.
