I had a very unpleasant experience with Canadian Carpet and Tile at the Coquitlam location. I dealt with someone named Nima. He showed me a sample of the wood flooring and promised high quality material that comes with warranty. He asked for the full payment up front. When the material arrived, it did not match that sample and the quality was terrible to the point that the pieces were falling apart and shattering when the installers were handling them. Nasser was great when we redid our shower but when we did our whole house in carpet there was a big line in living room joining to dinning room now we are horrible seam showing and they just keep stalling so we now will go to better business Bureau and lawyer 1 yr later
