I have been a long term customer of this store and they always work so effectively to help me with my selection. The quality of their products is great, stands the test of time. They have floored several rooms in my home and also in my business. I highly recommend these guys.
Rob, Bruce, and the installation team were phenomenal to deal with! From the first visit to the store they were extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable about the products they carried. They made everything easy and were wonderful at keeping us updated from start to finish. We will definitely return for our further needs.
Bruce came out nearly as soon as I inquired about getting my basement done. Did measurements; got to know what I was looking for, and within a few days I was in shop looking over what he put together for me. The carpet looks amazing and was significantly cheaper then what I got quoted a ways back from Home Depot.
Thank you to Bruce and his team for their customer service, support and making sure all of my needs and concerns where addressed !!! The turn around time from the first phone call, the consultation and the installation was fast and efficient. Loving the new carpets
Bruce was extremely educational in helping us pick out a carpet that suited our needs. It really felt like he wanted us to pick the best material for our use, and didn't feel salesy at all. Rob came out to do the measurements and he was also wonderful. It feels like some of your favourite family members are coming to do a job for you! Communication was five stars as well. Installers just left today after putting in the carpet & it looks and feels exceptional. I highly recommend this local business!
