Bruce was extremely educational in helping us pick out a carpet that suited our needs. It really felt like he wanted us to pick the best material for our use, and didn't feel salesy at all. Rob came out to do the measurements and he was also wonderful. It feels like some of your favourite family members are coming to do a job for you! Communication was five stars as well. Installers just left today after putting in the carpet & it looks and feels exceptional. I highly recommend this local business!
We first went and had them replace the carpet on the stairs. They were quick and efficient and it turn out beautifully. We decided to use them again and replaced the flooring on the main floor with engineered hardwood. They were quick to order and worked around our schedule to book the installation. They estimated 4-5 days and that’s what it took. The floors are beautiful. Love dealing with local businesses. Personable and professionals. Highly recommend them.
It's difficult to find businesses that still believe in excellence, but Canadian Carpet still upholds those old values. From a wonderfully supportive & friendly sales process with Bruce to excellence & professionalism with installation, there is no need to shop around. This company sets a very high standard for service.
Bruce and his team helped with the replacement of our flooring after a flood. We couldn’t be happier with the look and service. Chris who installed our flooring is top notch. Highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for any future plans. Thanks again!
