I would not recommend dealing here. I have been a patient since 2018. Recently a scheduled appointment was cancelled with no given reason. Then I received a confirmation of a new appointment with a different company. Apparently CCC was overwhelmed, and gave (or sold) a portion of their clients to another company without the permission of the clients. I have been a patient with CCC since 2017. And yet they still will not send me a copy of my medical records from when I started. I have made 1 verbal request and 2 written and they have totally stone-walled me. Off to complain to the CPSO. It's not like its illegal to refuse access to a patiwnts records.
