Worst medical cannabis clinic I've ever dealt with.
Dr Hatlapa is very rude. Rushes through patients and just prescribes anything. No care or time for patients. "Just take it, trust me" and doesnt answer any questions. If you are new to cannabis or any products go to another clinic. They just want to take as many patients / prescribe as much as possible

They are very rude. They are in a big Rush to get through as many customers as possible. Will prescribe no matter and push you to take cannabis. "Just take it, trust me" Did not ask about symptoms or why I booked appt. Just recommended a product with NO info. FYI Some are NOT doctors. Dr. Hatlapa and Karolina Gielarowiec (NOT a doctor) dont listen to patients and just rush through as fast possible. Been going to this clinic for years. At first really long wait times, not a pleasant experience. Then it got better, things were great. Now I don't know what happened but they are far worse than they were in the beginning. They have missed two appointments with me. Kept me waiting, and now my prescription will expire. Time to let it expire, and move on. They didn't even bother to contact me. I sent an email and it got bounced back. I called got put on hold and sent to the answering machine. Time to move on.
