Considering the gravity of the things this clinic deals with time is sometimes of the essence, over a week of daily phone calls and un answered messages I still do not have an appointment date. Answer your phones! If not get people that are capable of doing that. Absolute joke of a clinic
I upgraded this to 5 star as Amy called me directly and resolved everything and went above and beyond anything I expected. I have the utmost respect for the way this was handled.

This centre didn't bother telling me my doctor was on leave, and she accidentally slipped "mental" leave. He had been gone for over a year. I was still sending records to him. Didn't even know I didn't have a doctor for over a year. Their excuse, well there are a lot of people to notify. Completely inept, especially when Microsoft has a simple merge tool. Nice that our taxes pay for this ineptness.
Dr. Idris is an amazing ENT specialist! He is very accommodating, kind, and truly knows what he is doing. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I feel confident in his care and trust him completely as I prepare for my upcoming surgery.
