I have nothing but good things to say about this place. My ENT Doctors have been unbelievably helpful, patient and kind. I am currently seeing dr Burnell, who is a total gem. I had a small issue with the clinic resolved promptly and with much kindness. I was very impressed by this and it has left a positive impact on me! I absolutely do not wish anyone ENT issues, but if you do have them, know that you are in good hands here. :)
Considering the gravity of the things this clinic deals with time is sometimes of the essence, over a week of daily phone calls and un answered messages I still do not have an appointment date. Answer your phones! If not get people that are capable of doing that. Absolute joke of a clinic
I upgraded this to 5 star as Amy called me directly and resolved everything and went above and beyond anything I expected. I have the utmost respect for the way this was handled.
Would like to thank and commend Dr. Singh and her staff for wonderful care and attention to me as a patient.
