Front desk administrator Lori was extremely rude and belligerent to patients. Please consider another gatekeeper to your organization. However, Liz in the waiting and refreshment area was very kind and considerate to patients. 5 stars for her amazing service! The lab technician and nursing staff were wonderful and professional.
I was in to donate yesterday, and must say, you have the most amazing staff. They are friendly, efficient, and attentive. Had a couple of interesting conversations.I will be back.

It was my first time donating blood in Canada, and the experience was very positive. Everyone was extremely friendly and supportive throughout the process. They also provided unlimited snacks and drinks afterward. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience — I’m glad I did it!
Similar to another experience on here... Brought my two kids in. Long drive. Nowhere in the notes, confirmation, website easily accessible, in my phone call to book, on the app, etc does it say kids have certain age limits. Also, the other review said 9... It's not. It's 10. Because we were told I couldn't donate with them there unless she was 10. They have a small sign once you arrive and have already wasted the afternoon.
