I was in to donate yesterday, and must say, you have the most amazing staff. They are friendly, efficient, and attentive. Had a couple of interesting conversations.I will be back.
It was my first time donating blood, and it was a great experience! The staff made me feel comfortable and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely do it again!
It was my first time donating blood in Canada, and the experience was very positive. Everyone was extremely friendly and supportive throughout the process. They also provided unlimited snacks and drinks afterward. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience — I’m glad I did it!
Similar to another experience on here... Brought my two kids in. Long drive. Nowhere in the notes, confirmation, website easily accessible, in my phone call to book, on the app, etc does it say kids have certain age limits. Also, the other review said 9... It's not. It's 10. Because we were told I couldn't donate with them there unless she was 10. They have a small sign once you arrive and have already wasted the afternoon. Went to give blood and brought my 7 year old daughter “to view the experience “ the lady at the front and her age. Told her 7 and then she states she had to be 9 to come in with me . I said she’s not giving blood just here to watch. No she had to be 9 or I can’t .
