The ladies that work there are amazing. They alwYs make ma feel welcome even though im not a donor. I go to encourage my freind.
Great people doing a very important job.
Thought I would donate by means of drop in visit. On arrival there was 2 others waiting and it was explained they would take scheduled appts first and it should be a wait of 15 minutes. It became a routine that someone else would come in and I was told I would be next. I finally walked out after over 2 hours of waiting. Left wondering why someone couldnt check the system and look at the bookings and accurately tell me when I could truly be taken. I left frustrated without donating. Great staff and service! No complaints there! Kind of disappointed that there are no recycling bins for bottles from the beverages, it all goes in the garbage!
Need to go mobile or have a mobile vehicle like a rv Or buy an old transit bus, and set that up as a mobile and go round if you want more donations.
