Recently I went to donate plasma at Canadian Blood Services hoping to do something good, but sadly, the experience wasn’t welcoming. As an English person. It was disappointing and disheartening — donating plasma should be about helping others, not about what language you speak. I really hope the organization works on creating a more respectful and inclusive environment for everyone.

It was my first time donating and everyone was very nice. It’s an easy process and a lot of us students are taking part in donating. The manager and all the staff were great! I think they’re all doing a really good job. I will donate again and booking is really easy. Thanks
