Great shopping and food facilities, parking is good. Locals complain of the traffic, but compared to London it's light. Plenty of choice for everyone.

I had a surprisingly memorable experience at Orchard Park Shopping Centre. I was dealing with a painful infected hangnail that had become swollen and filled with pus. I went to the customer service desk, and David went above and beyond to help me. He helped clip the part of my toenail causing the issue, cleaned the infection, and bandaged it up. I donated plasma at Canadian Blood Services in Kelowna and had a great experience. Megan assisted me throughout the process and was fantastic — friendly, professional, and made everything feel easy and comfortable. The donation process was well organized, and the staff created a welcoming environment. It’s a great feeling knowing you’re doing something that can help others, and having kind people like Megan there makes the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend donating if you’re able to.
