Always a positive experience. The staff and volunteers here are excellent. I donate every week and it makes me feel better.
Very nice and modern new location that also does whole blood, glad they brought that back. Will enjoy coming back here.
My blood pressure dropped to 70/35 and the nurses took wonderful care of me. They made the experience go smoothly despite me almost fainting.

Very disappointing, the only offered service is plasma. That means you need to trust the government to take your blood out, pump it through machines, and then pump it back. Ive read the questionnaire, they are terrified of a legion of blood borne viruses, why would I take the risk without a need? I wish I could help again, but its too dangerous. Canadian government incompetence strikes again.
