I've been donating at the Edmonton Plasma Clinic almost every Friday for the past couple of years, after many years of donating whole blood at mobile clinics (closing in on 200 donations!). What keeps me coming back is the incredible sense of community—from the friendly and welcoming nurses to the donors and reception staff. It truly feels like a second home. the staff was so nice and accommodating this time. i came a couple years ago and all of the staff were rude and annoyed but this time every single staff member went above and beyond for every single person. i had such a good experience donating and want to come back just because everyone took such good care of me!
It was my first time donating and everyone was so accommodating. My girlfriend and I went and it was a very fast and efficient process! Was impressed with how professional, knowledgeable and nice the staff were! Thank you so much for everything!! Will donate everytime we can !
