I came in last week to give blood for the first time and unfortunately I got very nauseous and wasn't able to complete the process. However, it was overall a great experience thanks to the staff who made me feel so safe and cared for. Especially Patricia - she made me feel calm and talked me through the whole process. Amazing staff!! I will definitely be back to try again in 3 months :)
I went in to donate blood today and was taken great care of. I (stupidly) didn't eat enough ahead of my appointment, so I felt a bit light headed after my donation. All of the staff were so attentive and caring, they really made the whole experience very warm. Kudos to the team - would definitely go back and donate again!
They are the nicest people ever. Endless free snacks and the kindest staff and clients ever. I recommend making an appointment. They got me as a walk in but it's better to book ahead. It doesn't hurt to drop in if you're nearby because they'll do everything they can to try to get you in.
Donate blood, you can save a life! Process is easy and at most takes an hour of your time. I didn’t have my blood donation card with me but they were able to easily find me having donated blood before. Check in process with easy, having to answer questions through a tablet and then talking to one of the nurses on hand with any concerns. Staff were very accommodation and checked in often to ensure you were ok throughout the whole process. The people in this location are just tremendous. They are super attentive, knowledgable and polite. Definitely makes a whole donation process a great experience. They walk you through what is being done every step of the way and check up on you constantly to make sure you are okay. Oh and also the snack selection is fire 🔥
