This is my second visit to this place. They are very professional people. They are very welcoming and friendly. They made me feel at ease. In my second visit, they weren't able to get to my artery. That is a problem I am facing whenever I want to donate blood. My artery is hiding somewhere. Anyway, they told me to drink a lot of water before coming to them. I had a really great experience with my blood donation today. Aurora was very kind, professional, and gentle throughout the whole process. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and did an excellent job taking my blood. I really appreciated her friendly attitude and professionalism. Thank you Aurora, for the great service!
