Amazing experience with them! Staff is very friendly and welcoming
Everyone was so sweet and helpful. They streamlined the process for me as a first time donor and Aurora did a lovely job. Even though I wasn’t able to donate because of my low hemoglobin levels, they made sure I drank water and ate something before I left. Great experience :)
I came in last week to give blood for the first time and unfortunately I got very nauseous and wasn't able to complete the process. However, it was overall a great experience thanks to the staff who made me feel so safe and cared for. Especially Patricia - she made me feel calm and talked me through the whole process. Amazing staff!! I will definitely be back to try again in 3 months :)
I went in to donate blood today and was taken great care of. I (stupidly) didn't eat enough ahead of my appointment, so I felt a bit light headed after my donation. All of the staff were so attentive and caring, they really made the whole experience very warm. Kudos to the team - would definitely go back and donate again!
They are the nicest people ever. Endless free snacks and the kindest staff and clients ever. I recommend making an appointment. They got me as a walk in but it's better to book ahead. It doesn't hurt to drop in if you're nearby because they'll do everything they can to try to get you in.
