I had an appointment to donate blood today, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. Despite having a scheduled time, I ended up waiting quite a while, and the clinic wasn’t even busy when I arrived. Compared to other locations I’ve visited, the staff here were noticeably less friendly—except for one lady who stood out for her kindness. The staff made the process easy, safe, and comfortable, and I left knowing that such a small effort on my part could make a huge difference in someone else’s life. Donate at another location! The Nurse at this location was rude and condescending. Not surprising to see that this location is always void of donors. When CBS is constantly advertising on multiple media outlets, trying to get people to donate blood, they should do better to ensure a more pleasant experience.
