Unreliable and Inconsistent Prescription Coverage I’m very disappointed with how this company handled my prescription claims. The same medication was approved and paid for twice, but when I submitted the third claim, it was suddenly denied — with the explanation that the earlier approvals were “paid in error.” Nothing about my plan, medication, or doctor changed, so this inconsistency makes no sense.
