We had every rental we have moved into inspected with Canadian Thermal Solutions' detection dog prior to move-in and have had nothing but the best customer service and professionalism. Although no bed bugs were ever found, the reason we chose CTS was their ability to inspect a whole house in a matter of minutes with reliable and industry recognized results. I would definitely hire them again!
The company was amazing to work with when we dealt with a small infestation. Our situation was a little more unique then normal, but the girls that came out to help us were knowledgeable and offered different solutions that were just as effective. Would recommend to anyone that has any bug issues.
