Backstabbing, constant pressure to work days, nights, and weekends, it drains your mental health. Management doesn’t care about your well-being or work-life balance. Tons of money
Employees here only have one speed - fast. There is no speed limit for how fast Canadian Bank Note expects employees to enter and exit the parking lot when arriving or leaving work. Instead, there is a speed minimum. It is 70km/h. There is only about 100 feet of roadway leading up to the gate - this is not enough room to even use a turn signal so if you aren’t a former race car driver don’t even bother applying for a job here.
